The game of Poker is an exciting card game in which players wager money against each other. The goal is to win a round of betting by making a better hand than the other players or by bluffing. While the outcome of any individual hand involves significant luck, the long-term expectations of a player are determined by a strategy based on probability and psychology. There are many variations of the game, but most involve six or more players and a fixed number of cards. Players buy in for a set amount of chips, which represent money. A chip may represent a single white or light-colored bet or, as is common in tournament play, a higher value such as 10 or 20 chips or two, four, or five reds.<\/p>\n
